What a wonderful experience. The ambiance & decor are amazing as well as the staff. Even though it was my first time Destiny was very personable, she also explained the process & after care very well! I’ve heard horror stories from others about their spa experiences & my time with Destiny at FACE was the total opposite. Not only did she make me fell comfortable I felt like a valued client! This was my very first Brazilian Wax experience. Apree did a phenomenal job, & made my experience well worth it. After the "I Want It All Deluxe" facial, my face truly feels rejuvenated! I've had facials in the past at other salons but none of those experiences compare! My favorite aspect of the facial services is how each facial is personalized to your current skincare needs. Matisse was very personable, friendly, and open to answering all of my skin care questions (as are all the staff members). The environment is peaceful and perfect for relaxation during a facial. I would definitely recommend and can't wait to return!

I’ve had a brazilin wax completed by Apree and she’s very professional and knows what she is doing. She makes you feel welcomed and she minimized the amount of pain that I felt. She made sure the wax was the appropriate temperature for me and let me know when to breath deeply. I will continue to work with her in the future. I would also recommend her for any of your waxing needs.

I’ve been following her on social media for months and wanting to get something done (so many options!). I finally booked a simple appointment for an eyebrow and lip wax. Matisse made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The environment is very relaxing. She’s confident in her skills and it shows in her work. In this 1 short session, I could tell she is passionate about her craft. The wax she used didn’t irritate my skin which is very rare. Listen - Brazillian waxes are never going to feel *good*. And your sensitive pubic-area skin is never going to *love* having all the little hairs yanked out of it. HOWEVER: compared to all the waxes I've ever gotten, I had THE most comfortable experience with Matisse AND my skin reacted the absolute least after the wax (i.e. just a couple little bumps that went away quickly, instead of a full-fledged, angry, bikini-area breakout). I used to go to EWC but I don't think I'll ever go back there now that I have seen how lovely it can be. Not to mention, the spa environment is way more relaxing at LVL! I am so happy with the results of my Brazillian wax with Matisse and definitely plan to be back again (may or may not have purchased a package the same day of my first wax -- she's that good.
